Back pain is an extremely scary and worrying that pretty much everyone will experience at some point in there life. However there are some facts that you should be aware of that will help you cope with the experience. One key fact that I believe I should highlight is that exercise is a good thing to be doing when experiencing pain and pain on exercise is not something you should have to stop for unless the pain is termed a threatening and you believe what you are doing is causing irreversible damage. Also a very very important fact to be aware of is the facts scans very rarely show you the cause of pain!!!!!
