How do you get the most out of your training when it come down to pure fat loss? There are lots of different thoughts as to the best methods such as fasted training, long cardio session, interval training... the list goes on. However in a recent study they carried out systemic review where they looked at all available data on the topic and came out with a clear answer, Interval training seems to be the most effective training method when targeting fat loss in fact 28.5% greater loss was achieved.
