When undertaking exercise it is normally thought that one sex would suffer with fatigue after the session more, however this has been tested in a recent study that has been published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise journal. The Results of the experiment noted that there was no significant difference in the level of fatigue between male and female after partaking in full body resistance training, there was no significant difference in muscle force, activation, or contractility after the training session. These findings are extremely interesting when it comes to the world of training and programming as it means you will be able to push the body to the same extent no matter if your male or female.
