Many of the injuries and performance failures that occur in sport are as a result of muscular imbalances, incorrect loading or poor technique; all of these things lead to the overuse of the bodies key areas and muscle groups.

I currently work with athletes that have diverse needs, including a patient coming back from significant injury to run marathons, another addressing body imbalances to be able to cycle long distances and another training for an iron man competition who is looking for performance improvements, amongst others.
